Mandatory! Prohibition of deposits via ATM and Open Banking!

  • Precautions When Topping Up PAYDA
  • When depositing via ATM or Open Banking, if the depositor name is different, the top-up will not be automatically processed. In such cases, our company cannot process the top-up through the customer center, and we can only assist with a refund to the account under your own name after an internal review The review time may be delayed up to 24 hours based on business hours, and refunds may be restricted if fraudulent transactions are suspected.

Our company recommends topping up through Internet banking or Mobile banking, excluding Open Banking, for smooth processing. Please be aware of this to avoid any inconvenience when using the service .

PAYDA will conduct weekly server inspections as follows to provide stable service.
Service access, top-up, and remittance services will be temporarily suspended during this time, so we ask for your understanding.
We will strive to reduce system errors and failures and provide better services and information.

  • Precautions When Topping Up PAYDA
  • When topping up, if you deposit from a different account of the same member other than the registered deposit account, the top-up will not be processed. Please keep this in mind when using the service.
  • If you deposit into the account provided during a previous top-up application without submitting a new application, the top-up will not be processed. The result for such cases will be notified after 24 hours following an internal review process based on business hours (excluding weekends).

The deposit waiting time for PAYDA top-up applications has been reduced as above.
If you deposit after the waiting time has passed, the top-up will not be processed.

Withdrawal Inspection Time
Withdrawals are not possible from PM 11:00 to AM 01:59:59. Withdrawals are possible during times other than the above.

Notice of PAYDA Authentication Method Change

The authentication method has been changed as follows to enhance PAYDA's usability and security.

  • ① OTP Authentication Method : Same as before
  • ② Mobile Phone Verification Code Method : A verification number containing random digits will be sent via text message to the self-authenticated mobile phone. Authentication will only be completed if the sent verification number is entered within 5 minutes.
  • ③ Simple Password Authentication : Upon first selection, a 6-digit simple password must be registered. After registration, authentication for remittance is possible with the simple password.
  • * However, Google OTP must be registered once as mandatory when registering a bank transfer account.
  • * The self-authentication step has been added for the first member login.
  • * After self-authentication, the mobile phone authentication method will be applied for subsequent logins.

Due to the recent increase in damages from top-up agency services, account rentals, and voice phishing, we are implementing a '24-hour Asset Bank Transfer Delay System' to prevent and preempt 'electronic financial fraud'.
